This form is for your individual Leg cuts of mutton. Please fill in your requirements, press submit and we’ll be in touch shortly.

We hang the mutton for 2 weeks to ensure good flavour and tenderness.  We recommend a longer, slower cook than for lamb although some of our customers do not feel that is necessary, particularly for the tender boned and rolled loin joint which can be sliced and fried as a steak.
